Your swim with whale sharks Cancun tour and sea safari begins when you are picked up at your resort or vacation rental in Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Riviera Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Playacar or Tulum. (Round trip transportation - optional add on, highly recommended). Guests will be driven to our private modern marina conveniently located in the Cancun Hotel Zone

After a brief orientation and safety session, enjoy a light continental breakfast and fresh coffee. Guests will have time to visit our marina shop to purchase items such as eco-safe sunscreen, souvenir whale shark tour hats and extra t-shirts, water safe camera, etc.

Then our guests board one of our fast vessels and embark on a journey to the protected whale shark zone. Shortly after our guides locate a herd of whale sharks with their fins pointing straight up from the surface of the water, the swim sessions will begin. To ensure everyone has the most memorable viewing experience, swimmers are escorted one couple at a time by our certified guide to get within a few yards of the giant whale sharks. Swim sessions with Whale Sharks last 10 minutes, 2 - 3 times, for an average of 30 minutes.

Guests will be served lunch featuring gourmet sandwiches (never on commercial white bread), fresh fish ceviche prepared on-site by our crew (raw fish marinated in lime juice with minced onion, cilantro, diced tomato accompanied by crunchy corn tortilla chips), and unlimited bottled water and ice-cold soft drinks. After lunch, relax and enjoy beach time on world famous Playa Norte on beautiful Isla Mujeres.
