Our hassle-free money back, rescheduling and cancellation policies are the most customer-friendly in the industry. Guests may reschedule for any reason for free up to 24 hours prior to the tour. Cancellations must be sent via email no later than 24 hours in advance (before 9 AM the day prior to the tour) to receive a 100% refund. A charge of 1/2 of the deposit will apply if a cancellation is requested within the 24 hours prior to the tour; no-shows will forfeit the entire deposit. Due to our 2-in-1 Cancun Whale Shark tour being in high demand as it rates among the best things to do in Cancun, rescheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of inclement weather, guests can choose to reschedule with guaranteed priority seating on their preferred date or receive a full refund of the deposit paid via Paypal. In the rare event whale sharks cannot be located, guests will be refunded 50% of the deposit and 50% of the remainder of the tour fee that is paid at the marina. All deposit refunds will be returned via Paypal - the form in which reservations are made via this website - within 72 hours after we receive your request via email. Really, it's that easy, however in the event a client does not send us a refund request via email and instead escalates a case with Paypal, by doing so, the client agrees to accept the refund of their deposit(s) less the fees associated with the case.
